Monday, April 6, 2009 Cruising Day 22

Today is a sea day – so a day to get caught up with “stuff” and get  IMGP0419 ready for 2 days in Thailand.  I’ve done a bit more knitting.  We decided to give lunch a miss and tidy up our cabin – it was getting out of hand.  Tomorrow we have a tour planned (Country drive in Thailand – it’s an 8 hour trip).

Bill is now also set up with Windows LiveWriter and a WordPress blog: Bill & Jole’s Travels, just in case you want to see another view of the same journey. Bill and Jole are travelling to Vancouver as well.

We attended another cooking demo today, this time it was guest chef George Geary who showed us how to make several types of cheesecake. We followed this with a Royal Dutch tea and then some relaxation. Dinner was the buffet on the Lido deck, this way we could control the quantity of food we put on our plates. The change is nice once in a while!

Wow, and now we are current. Tomorrow is Liam Chabang/Bangkok.

  1. Will you be making towel pets when you get back… or maybe doing that with your dinner serviettes? They’re soooo cute…
